Do you remember that October is the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month? Are you diagnosed with breast cancer? Do you have any family relatives or friends who are diagnosed with breast cancer? Are you participating in any events to support breast cancer awareness organization such as running 5K campaign? How about donating to the breast cancer awareness? You do not have to answer these questions, but if you say yes to some questions, that would be no problem. So, I would like to share this with you.

In my family, I have four aunts from my maternal side, are diagnosed with breast cancer. I do not know how level of their stages they have currently. But, I lost one of my aunts and she had a car accident last year. Now, I have three aunts, who are still alive, they deal with their breast cancer progress. I believe that they are ok. So what about myself? No, I do have no breast cancer; however, the chance is that I might get a cancer when I enter into the 50’s age. I have to examine my breasts by myself. Of course, I have my doctor to examine mine every year in order to make sure that I have no cancer. My doctor prefers me to stay healthy and take vitamins. She advised me to watch myself first.
I have never participated in any special events such as Breast Cancer Awareness Running 5K Campaign. But, I would like to try someday.
In America, October is a national Breast Cancer Awareness Month; we are encouraged to wear pink that shows supporting breast cancer survivors. Let’s get 4 simple ways to show pink for Breast Cancer Awareness.

1) Wear pink rubber bracelet.
Many of you may know that wearing pink rubber bracelet would be a great idea to show that you are supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness. Some retail stores such Walmart or Target stores have many pink rubber bracelets. If you cannot afford to buy the pink one, you can be more creative and make clothed bracelet or knitted bracelet.

3) Use Nail Polish Pink Ribbon.
Yah! Many female survivors wear the pink nail polish! I would love to paint up my pink nail polish over my toes, not my fingers. Well, I admit that I really hate to paint up over my fingers because something has really annoyed me. You know, I cannot explain how it does feel. For you, I am sure that you will like to paint up whatever you want: fingers or toes.

4) Find a pink wig (or pink hair color dye).
Oh, yeah! I would love to dye a pink hair color for my own hair, but it is not for me. My sons want to do that, I say no – because their schools do not allow them to dye their hair color: pink! One of my sons is attending the private school; it does not allow him to do so due to the school policy. Another one of my sons is attending the public school, he does not mind to dye a pink hair color for his hair but his football coach prohibits all players to dye a pink hair color in the team. For you – I do not mind at all. It’s your choice to try to dye a pink hair color.
So what do you think of choosing 4 simple ways to show a pink?
Thank you for sharing this! I think you would love doing a 5K!
Okay – I will try. Thank you from reading this 🙂
