Are You A Workaholic?

Sweet Tuesday! Today’s the wonderful day, isn’t it? I’ve thought about writing a post topic: Are You a Workaholic? This must be very interesting.

What does workaholic mean? Great question! It defines that a person is addicted to work everyday, including vacations, evenings, and weekends. Moreover, a workaholic may be more likely to have a chance to risk her/his health, the result is that he or she may have heart disease, serious depression, and other health issues.

In Well-Being Not a Priority for Workaholics, “We found workaholics — defined by those working more than 50 hours per week — were more likely to have reduced physical well-being, measured by skipped meals. Also, we found that workaholism was associated with reduced mental well-being as measured by a self-reported depression score.” stated Sarah Asebedo.

So workaholism infographic has great examples for those who are workaholics. Since you view this infographic, you may be realizing how workaholic can be very serious and dangerous. It may be more harmful to your life, including your family and marriage. If you are a workaholic, then how can you balance your physical well-being, family life, and – marriage? You may try to take workaholic test via CNN.com and find out if you are a workaholic or not.

P.S. Stay tuned on the next post topic: How to Stop Being a Workaholic.
