Hello, Bloggers & Readers!
I’ve been SUPER busy with my two sons in order to commute and pick up my two sons in two different schools within 45 miles from my house and I am focused in creating and adding new products in my etsy shop. I feel like that I am the way behind my personal blog here. Importantly, I am here right now.
You know that the Fall season is incredibly gorgeous! To be honest, I cannot wait to see my favorite season is the WINTER! I am in great mood to make easy pumpkin pancakes this morning because I LOVE pumpkin! It tastes excitingly delicious! Would you like to join me and learn how to make easy pumpkin pancakes?
NOTE: There won’t be sugar in this anymore because I am required to lose my weight in order to lower my cholesterol, my diabetes is strikingly returning back! No worries, I believe that my diabetes will be go away as long as I continue to be more careful what I eat healthy.
What You Need
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin canned
- 1 cup any pancake mix you choose (or Bisquick mix)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbs granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions
Combine pure pumpkin, pancake mix, milk, and egg in a medium bowl. The heat should be between high-medium.
Stir it up all the way until it smooth.
Don’t forget to add the cooking spray over the nonstick medium pan and pour 1/4 cup batter onto the nonstick medium pan. Cook it in a few minutes and then turn pancakes in every 3 minutes or until the golden brown.
After all pancakes are done, you can add the whipped topping and cinnamon over the pancakes. You will love it!
Enjoy the Fall Season!
