But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.

Holidays are crazily hectic! You have no idea why I have not blogged here for a while. Furthermore, a lot of people place orders via my Etsy shop. I’m so happy that I make more money so I can purchase some Christmas gifts for my family. And I believe that I have not told you that I got a new part-time job two months ago. I am now Preschool teacher at the private school. It is so much joyful to be around cute students in my classroom. However, my boss invites me to the Preschool Christmas party and socks exchange tomorrow night; I’ve thought about making Easy Winter Oreo Truffles.

This is my first truffles that I am now making at home. Truffles recipe is mostly made with the 4 easy ingredients. I hope that you’d enjoy sharing those truffles with your family and friends.

Winter Oreo Truffles

What You Need

4 .oz Cream Cheese

1 Package Winter Oreo with red creme

1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips Package

1/2 cup Green Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup Red Chocolate Chips

Green sprinkle or other color sprinkle (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the whole package of Winter Oreo Cookies in a blender (or food processor).
Blend the high level until the cookies become smooth.

*I do not have any food processor, but the Ninja blender is easily fast*

Pour the cookie mixture into a large bowl and add the cheese cream.

Stir down until the mixture becomes combined.

Moreover, if you have cookie dough scoop, then use it with the cookie mixture. Otherwise, you can roll the mixture balls by using your own hands or tablespoon. Place these balls on the parchment paper. Give them a freeze time within 30 minutes.

While the truffles are frozen, pour the white chocolate chips, green chocolate chips, and red chocolate chips into 3 each of the medium bowls. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir down until the chocolate chips melt. Be wise to stay watch over the large bowl in the microwave in order to avoid the burned chocolate chips.

[ezcol_1half][/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end][/ezcol_1half_end]

Removing the truffles from the freezer, dip one by one into the melted chocolate chips by using the fork in order to avoid the excessive the chocolate.

Consequently, you can add the green sprinkles (or other color sprinkles) over the truffles. Enjoy your own taste!
