I had not written here for awhile due to my grieving time for my late dog, Jag. Now, I am here to write but my husband encouraged me to write my blog again so it could help me feel better. I know that my dog Jag is in heaven, I believe that I would see him someday. It hurts a little to see many things Jag left at my house. Since Jag passed away, you might notice that I’ve updated and modified my new blog design; I wanted it to look clean and well-organized. I hope that you like my new blog design. So what else will I do at home? Oh, I am going to cook my family our favorite dinner: Hawaiian BBQ Chicken.
Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
Most of you may know much about cooking Hawaiian BBQ Chicken in a slow-cooker. My two sons love BBQ chicken, my husband is crazy about this too. I love cooking chicken and I do my research through the Pinterest and already found one of the recipes but I did not like the recipe due to the incorrect measurements. I had to change some measurements in order to balance the taste better. Now, would you like to come join me?
What You Need
6 pieces of Chicken Thighs (Boneless & Skinless)
1 lbs BBQ sauce
1 can Pineapple chunks
Drop a few parsley (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat low level from the slow cooker. Spray non-stick oil and then put 6 chicken thighs.

Add the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
Add the pineapple chunks over the BBQ sauce.
Cook within 6-8 hours. If you want to turn on the high level, it takes 4 hours.
Shred the chicken thighs while cooking.
Yummy! Add parsley over the BBQ chicken. Are you hungry? It’s ready for you 🙂
Enjoy your dinner!
