Homemade Hawaiian Chicken
My family love to eat chicken, we used to go out and order the Kentucky Fried Chicken for dinnertime sometimes. Honestly, I feel like that we are addict of Kentucky Fried Chicken every Friday. I know that it sounds really ridiculous. I am sure that eating Kentucky Fried Chicken makes us too much fatty, they are not very healthy foods. In the meantime, I have to change something different for homemade chicken at home.
Homemade Hawaiian Chicken Recipe
8-10 small chicken wings or legs
1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup soy (If it’s too much, recommend 1/2 cup)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the medium or large pan and cook on low 6-8 hrs and they should just fall apart. Make sure to stir this up within each hour. Do not leave them burning up.
