Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

Whew! Last week was terribly busy for me since my sons already started their schools. And I received a lot of orders from my ETSY shop. I was ecstatic that I made some money. Here, I tried to find my time to blog here but something terrifying was happening. I had to help my friends going through tough times as they almost ended up getting evicted from their apartment due to their rental financial issues. However, they survived luckily with their parents’ help.

Eventually, everything got better and better. I felt that I wanted to eat something so delicious. I have some creative idea to make easy dessert. I do not want to feel stressed, I just need to find VERY simple way to make dessert – Strawberry Ice Cream Pie!

Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

What You Need:

  • 1 – 9 inch crust
  • 1 pint of strawberry ice cream (or your choice of any ice cream flavors)
  • 1 Whipped Topping
  • A few sliced of fresh strawberries

 Instructions

Strawberry Ice Cream PieSTEP ONE: Scoop strawberry ice cream into a crust and then smooth it all with spoon.

Strawberry Ice Cream PieSTEP TWO: Cover and place it in the freezer within 1-2 hours.

Strawberry Ice Cream PieSTEP THREE: Add the whipped cream over the pie.

Strawberry Ice Cream PieSTEP FOUR: Add sliced fresh strawberries. Place it in the freezer back again within 4 hours or overnight.

Strawberry Ice Cream PieSTEP FIVE: Finally, slice and serve. Enjoy it!
