Bible Verse of the Day

But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath. But let your “Yes” be “Yes,” and your “No,” “No,” lest you fall into judgment.

Sweet Pumpkin Smoothie

October is a simply sweet month. My family and I have been very busy with our upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. My sons have their football teams and football season is almost over by the first week of November or so. I hope that they will make it to the playoffs.

I cannot help loving pumpkin. I bet that you love pumpkin, too! My husband loves this smoothie, he mentioned that it was heavenly sweet. Meanwhile, I can drink this but I have to substitute some low calorie sweeteners for my health. If you have diabetes, you can go ahead to substitute low calorie sweeteners or other optional of sugar-free vanilla ice cream.

When I wrote my post here, I felt that I needed something to drink so I could be more energized. I went to look for many different kind of smoothie recipes on Pinterest. Of course, I am a huge Pinterest addict 🙂 But, I decided to find something I made of my own. For myself, I love sweet smoothies. I bet that everyone loves sweet smoothies.

I created my own recipe: Sweet Pumpkin Smoothie. When I tasted my own concoction for the first time, it was totally delicious! Marvelous! Proudly Energized!

Sweet Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

:Ingredients:

½ cup of Pumpkin Puree
½ cup of nonfat milk (or Almond Milk)
2-3 tablespoons of sugar (or agave nectar sweet)
2-4 cubes of ice (or 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream)

:Instruction:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until comfortably smooth and delicious.

You will love this joyfully!

What do you think of that?

It is impossible for me to leave a comment answering your question about the Trader Joe’s gift card giveaway.

But if I won a gc to Trader Joe’s I would spend the WHOLE $25 on their ginger mints. Have you had them? Oh, heaven!

I love pumpkin so this is one of my favorite times of year. I think I would substitute stevia for the sugar as I don’t really do sugar. Thanks!
