Book Review: The Ultimate Silhouette Sticker Guide By Melissa Viscount

I want to say Happy Belated New Year! This past week, my family and I had a little tough time due to the family death. I am sure that my aunt-in-law and her two sons (my cousins-in-law) will be okay and I am confided in that God takes care of them. My husband is okay but still feels sad. And I want to say thank you for donating Jason Mackenroth’s Memorial Fund. It means a lot to my family.

Now, I am writing my book review about the Ultimate Silhouette Sticker Guide by Melissa Viscount. Last month, my husband gave me a Christmas gift – this one! Yes, I am very happy to have this book because I am owner of iSmooch Planner shop in Etsy. I have Silhouette Cameo at home. Guess what? In my first month of new shop, I sold 26 products + one positive review. What an exciting! That’s why my husband gave me this one so I could learn more about how to make planner stickers.

Book Title: The Ultimate Silhouette Sticker Guide

The Cost: $12.99

Book Rating: ♥♥♥♥

Book Description: This book is perfect for the planner addicts, small business owners, or crafters. It’s eBook. It helps you to learn more about how to make the stickers, how to measure the planner stickers, and whatever it can fit in your planner or other creative stuff. And it gives you a lot of information about the commercial license and personal use for the planner stickers. It includes some free templates with this book.

 Book Review

When my husband gave me this book, I started to read this book. I gave 4 Stars for this book review because I found it was very simple and useful, it was very great instructions on how to make stickers by the silhouette and how to measure a single sticker. Also, the book had a lot of photos that showed how to do with the stickers in silhouette studio.

Melissa had a lot of good information that helped me understand how to work with the sticker and silhouette studio. She also explained that the commercial license is required in order to avoid the trouble with the copyright law. For personal use, you can have the stickers from other graphic designers but reselling or editing the graphic images are not permitted unless you buy the commercial license from the graphic designers.

Is it ebook or printed book? Well, it’s ebook but if you want to make a copy of the book for the printed, you need to ask Melissa Viscount for the permission so you can print from your printer if it suits you. Otherwise, you can read this book through Kindle app. And more important thing is that you need to have Silhouette Cameo or Portrait before you purchase this book.

What I like about this book:

  1. I love to view the photos that helps me understand easy how to do the stickers in silhouette studio.
  2. This book is very easy to understand and well-organized.
  3. This book has a lot of wonderful information that meets your needs.

I believe that you will love this book. You can visit the Silhouette Planner Stickers and buy this book. Enjoy reading! ♥
