Who’s loving garlic? Yes, I do love garlic. I have a lot of good reasons why I love garlic. However, one special reason that I love garlic is because it has kept my heart healthy. It helps old people to keep alive until the age of 100! That’s basically true…

Last Friday, my family and I went to Gilroy Garlic Festival, located in Gilroy, California. We really enjoyed hanging around variety of small shops in each spot. Also, we ate some garlic wontons. The weather was pretty hot.. You could smell garlic for miles around the festival!

Garlic and Herb Butter

Yummy!! Garlic Wontons!

Now, I am gonna make homemade garlic and herb butter. Have you tried this before? I believe that you have made this before in somewhere from other blogs. I have a little bit different one.

What You Need

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon fresh parsley

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

1 teaspoon fresh basil

1 teaspoon garlic salt

 Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small glass bowl (or small measure cup). And then stir it all with a fork. Cover the plastic wrap over a small glass bowl (or small measure cup) in the refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes.

When homemade garlic and herb butter is ready, you can use it for grilled cheese sandwich, garlic bread, or crackers. Enjoy this!
